How to file a chargeback with UK banks
A chargeback is a consumer protection mechanism that allows you to reverse a card payment through your bank. UK consumers have up to 120 days from the transaction date to file a chargeback.
Visa reason codes: 13.1 (services not provided), 13.5 (misrepresentation), 13.6 (credit not processed), 10.4 (fraud).
