1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MRIntelligence &Co LTD ("MRIntelligence", "we", "us", or "our") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MRIntelligence provides a Recovery Intelligence Platform offering AI-powered case assessment, document generation, evidence organization, and consumer guidance. We are NOT a law firm, regulated financial institution, debt collection agency, payment processor, or bank. We do not provide legal advice.
3. Subscription Billing
Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Prices vary by region (UK: GBP, EU: EUR). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4. No Guarantee of Results
MRIntelligence does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to fund recovery, chargeback success, or dispute resolution. Recovery outcomes depend on many factors including transaction age, merchant jurisdiction, payment network rules, and your bank's policies.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the platform. You are solely responsible for filing disputes with your bank or relevant authorities. MRIntelligence provides tools and guidance but does not file disputes on your behalf.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on the platform are owned by MRIntelligence &Co LTD. Generated documents may be used by the user for their personal recovery efforts.
7. Limitation of Liability
MRIntelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
